Hidden Hanoi

Website: http://www.hiddenhanoi.com.vn/
Address: 137 Nghi Tàm, Tây Hồ

We paid $50US/person for the cooking class & market tour prior to the cooking class. The tour was interesting in learning how locals do their daily grocery shopping, the different kinds of markets they have and seeing the unique fresh herbs and other vegetables only available in Vietnam! We also selected the "Street Food" menu. If you make your booking in advance, you may be able to confirm and select the menu you want to cook! Pre-booking was done on the website and they will email you to confirm.

Hai San Gia Dinh, Hanoi

Address: 94 Tran Vu

Must try: Grilled sea snail, grilled clams and Vermicelli. They don't really speak English so it'll be a good idea to use pictures to tell them what you want to eat!

All the dishes below were REALLY REALLY good...especially the noodles, it was surprisingly yummy and very cheap!
